We also offer cash pay services for those without insurance or considered out of network for insurance plans. If you would like to submit charges for reimbursement to your insurance provider, a super bill of the visit may be provided upon request. Reimbursement of these fees varies among insurance providers. You are encouraged to contact your insurance carrier for more details.

Privacy and personalization is of the upmost importance at GentlePsych. We do not participate in global, statewide record sharing practices. Providers may request records for continuity of care.

All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $150 fee.

Cancellation Policy

You are responsible for attending each appointment and agree to adhere to the following policy: If you cannot keep the scheduled appointment, you MUST notify our office to cancel or reschedule the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or you will be charged a $50 fee. If you cancel or reschedule more than once, we may re-evaluate your needs, desires, and motivations for treatment at this time. If in the event that you do not notify the office that you will be missing your appointment and it results in a NO SHOW you will be charged a $150 fee.
